Michael helped me in the purchase and sale of my home in Bowmanville. He is very knowledgeable with regards to the real-estate market. It is hard to fit in times to view and show homes, but Mike goes out of his way to be at your service. It’s impeccable.
He pointed out a few areas of improvement on my home before it was listed. This was very helpful to me as I had simply over looked the issue.
It is a fast paced busy time moving/packing but Mike made sure to be patient therefore getting me exactly what I was looking for.

My name is Cristina and I recently sold my house in Oshawa.
A few real estate agents came for the purpose of evaluating my house and tell me how and why they will help me sell it better.
Some gave me a very low price for listing it (of course it will sell fast if it is under the market value!!), and others over evaluated it thinking they will get the listing from me.
Although my house was well decorated and clean, when Michael D’ Souza came to estimate the selling price of it he gave me some hints on how to make my house more appealing, and showed me similar houses in the neighbourhood; some already sold, others listed.
He didn’t insist on signing our contract immediately, but only when I was ready; he changed some paragraphs in the contract as I wanted them, and only when I had everything ready he put the listing on a Friday morning ( YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS BUT MICHAEL EVEN CLEANED my outside window, because I couldn’t reach so high). I was also happy to learn that Michael offered me a lower fee than regular agents.
On Saturday I had several showings and one firm offer. I made a counter-offer that was immediately accepted and I am now in my new home.
